I recently experienced the Shodhana Karma treatment at Mandala Spa, and it blew me away! Starting with a relaxing massage, I moved into a sauna for a good sweat, followed by an very nice body scrub that left me feeling deeply rejuvenated. The therapists were highly skilled, making this the best spa treatment I've ever had. I left feeling clean, beautiful, and utterly pampered.

During my stay, I dined at Prana Restaurant, and I must say, the vegetarian options were amazing. As someone who isn't a vegetarian, I was thoroughly impressed by the hearty tofu sandwich and good penne with roasted veggies. Even the homemade muffins at breakfast were a treat! I truly enjoyed every meal here.

My villa at Mandala Spa was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It was spacious with beautiful decoration, providing a serene escape from the bustling beach life. The lack of a TV allowed me to completely unplug from distractions and truly enjoy my surroundings. I felt like I was nestled away in a peaceful forest retreat.

One highlight of my stay was the morning yoga sessions offered every day. The instructor was incredibly patient and encouraging, guiding me through each pose without pushing my limits. It felt so refreshing to start my day with yoga, surrounded by nature. This rejuvenating practice added an uplifting element to my stay at the resort.
